sajLAW is a boutique law practice based in Fort Myers, Florida offering reputable, trustworthy legal services to clients within purposefully-limited areas of practice. Admitted to the Florida Bar Association in January 1991, S. Alan Johnson, Esq., ("SAJ") has consistently focused his efforts on serving the interests of:

1. The healthcare provider community; and
2. Disenfrachised natural persons who typically operate at an extreme disadvantage when opposing non-natural fictitious "persons" (such as for-profit corporations) in litigation.

SAJ has represented clients in ​hundreds of trial cases involving over $100 million at issue in Florida and Federal Courts

During the past 30+ years, SAJ has represented clients in hundreds of civil litigation cases in Florida and Federal courts located throughout south and central Florida involving thousands of hearings and numerous trials in matters with an aggregate valuation at issue of well over $100 million.

SAJ has taught over 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students in eight years of university teaching experience

SAJ has taught over 1,000 students in numerous undergraduate and graduate health professions courses at the University of Central Florida and Idaho State University during his eight years of university teaching experience. SAJ taught courses including Health Law, Health Law and Ethics, Health Services Administration, Health Services Research Methods, and many others (see Pedagogy for details).

sajLAW has five limited areas of legal practice

sajLAW's areas of practice are currently limited to:
1.  Void judgments
     a.  Pursuit of court orders vacating, in particular, void foreclosure judgments; and
     b.  Pursuit of monetary compensation for heirs and beneficiaries of deceased foreclosure defendants.
2.  Foreclosure defense in cases brought against southwest Florida real property owners.
3.  Code enforcement defense in code enforcement actions brought against real property owners in southwest Florida.
4.  Florida licensure and regulation of:
     a.  Healthcare practitioners; and
     c.  Natural persons and non-profit entities in certain Professions and occupations whose licensure is regulated by the state of Florida.
5.  Representation of natural persons or non-profit entities in a limited number of carefully-selected ​Civil trial and appeal cases within Florida state and federal circuit and appellate courts.
