sajLAW has five limited areas of legal practicesajLAW's areas of practice are currently limited to:
1. Void judgments a. Pursuit of court orders vacating, in particular, void foreclosure judgments; and b. Pursuit of monetary compensation for heirs and beneficiaries of deceased foreclosure defendants. 2. Foreclosure defense in cases brought against southwest Florida real property owners. 3. Code enforcement defense in code enforcement actions brought against real property owners in southwest Florida. 4. Florida licensure and regulation of: a. Healthcare practitioners; and c. Natural persons and non-profit entities in certain Professions and occupations whose licensure is regulated by the state of Florida. 5. Representation of natural persons or non-profit entities in a limited number of carefully-selected Civil trial and appeal cases within Florida state and federal circuit and appellate courts. |
